For nearly three decades, Kentucky star attorney Grover Arnett has worked hard to develop a reputation for his ability to operate in the best interests of his clients. One reason for that is his experience, which has included work on both sides of the legal adversarial process. This actually gives his clients a major advantage, since it makes him better able to anticipate the next moves the other side will make. A key element of his experience comes with his five years as Magoffin County Attorney between 1994 and 1999. Not content to just be a County Attorney, he wanted to be the best prosecutor possible because that is the best way to protect the people of the county. His record as prosecutor was stellar, including a DUI conviction rate of 95 percent, as well as the largest drug bust in county history. He actually led the team on that one.
The attorneys at The Grover Arnett Law Firm in Saylersville, Kentucky tend to be the best in the business. That is because Grover wants clients of his firm to experience the best representation available anywhere, whether they are in the state or federal court system. Every attorney works to obtain the best possible result for the circumstances. That means making sure clients get everything they need as compensation for their injuries when those injuries are the result of someone else’s negligence.
Long before he founded his firm, Grover Arnett made sure he had the right amount of education. He was the student body president and even served as salutatorian for graduation as he was earning his B.A. in Elementary Education at Alice Lloyd College in Pippa Passes, Kentucky. He received that degree in 1985, and by 1989, he had earned a Juris Doctor (law degree) at Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He passed the bar and began practicing law later that year, but he started his own firm in 1991.
